Our Purpose

At Wom-en, our purpose is to transform leadership to advocate for a more sustainable and equitable world. Through training, visibility, and connection of women and young change agents, we work to reduce gender gaps and promote equity in all areas of society. We believe that by strengthening individual and collective capacities, we can generate a positive and lasting impact on our communities and the planet.

Creemos que al fortalecer las capacidades individuales y colectivas, podemos generar un impacto positivo y duradero en nuestras comunidades y en el planeta.

The comprehensive development of all people in social, political, cultural, economic, and educational aspects enables the building of a more equitable and participatory society.

Education

Education is one of the most influential factors in the advancement and progress of societies. In addition to providing knowledge, it enriches culture, spirit, and values.

We are facing a universal call to action to end poverty, protect the planet, and improve the lives of all people.

Our Impact

Wom-En is committed to closing gender gaps through a dual strategy:

We collaborate with organizations to promote inclusive work environments, eliminating bias and fostering diversity and equity at all levels.
We train women and youth in in-demand skills, addressing systemic prejudices and facilitating their success in emerging sectors.
